Postcard with a black and white photograph of a Fire House with a number of vehicles in front of it. The caption underneath reads: The Fire House - Smithtown, L.I." Nothing was written on the back except for "N.H. Mosely". It was produced by "A. Biren - 1252 Decatur Street, Brooklyn, N.Y." The building and vehicles in this image are very similar to those in #1994.19a. That photo is from 1937, so this one is likely from a similar time. It is stamped on the back with the Historical Society's name and address. |
